Hello, I am very frustrated here. I have loved Sierra for many years, but am fed up with the lack of co-ordination and communication between Sierra and the rest of the trading world (Brokers, Data Feed providers, etc.). I have attempted to do my best to follow all instructions in the Robohelp files to no avail. I have a receipt for CQG as well as Denali for the current month to renew my data subscription and I still cannot get data or trade live. I want to trade ES and NQ on the chart with Chart Trading so that I can easily adjust targets and stops and use the DOM for entry. I have read about the Windows 10 need to upgrade the Service Package and the need for changes, but I am at the end of my Sierra rope. I need either a Real person that can talk me through everything to resolve the issue or a simple Step 1, 2, 3 set of instructions without having to sort through pages and pages of information consisting of mainly run-on sentences. I'm trying to be NICE, but you need to understand and make it easier for your customers. Pat
