I suddenly lost live data - became 10 min delayed. To allow Sierra Chart access to my trading account I connected the IB account following your instructions - socket ID et al. After this if I close the IB TWS Sierra Chart brings up an error code. Note I use Sierra Chart only on 1 machine but should be able to access my IB account from any other machine. I am not sure why this error message is cropping up if the IB account is closed. Does Sierra Chart need access to this account every month? Furthermore if I wanted to route my orders from Sierra Charts to IB (the Teton order routing service does not support IB it seems) is there anyone you suggest who can help me set this up?
