We do see the following two times in your log:

This is a network error when the system was trying to connect to IQ Feed. Refer to the information here:

But, after that, you were able to connect and we do not see any issues with getting data from IQ Feed.

If you are still getting data that is delayed, then you will need to ask IQ Feed about this.
