There have been 2 important changes recently. 1) Package 10 or higher is required in order to make any external connection or get real-time data from Sierra Chart. This means that packages 3 and 5 are just for testing/training using our Delayed Streaming data. You are on Package 11, so this is not a problem for you. 2) With Sierra Chart version 2394 and higher (our servers show that you are on version 2400) you can no longer bring data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you will need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. Or you can downgrade to version 2393 and get the CQG data. We recommend using our Denali feed, as it has more historical information and costs the same as the CQG data. You can also stop the CQG data through your broker so you are not paying twice for the data.
