We did not observe any disconnections ourselves. We 100% verified that by checking our log files. This is from two different locations both in Europe and the United States. No disconnections. And if there was not a reconnection within 20 seconds, not 40 seconds, but instead 20 seconds, then that would definitively be a problem elsewhere. Or on your side.
