We have looked into this, and there were no performance issues or packet loss, on the Servers processing CME data today.

We also maintain a connection to our servers using the Denali data feed from remote locations and we have no disconnection at all.

One thing we are 100% certain of, is that this issue is related to Internet connectivity and that can be anywhere, going all the way from your computer, to the Sierra Chart servers.

It is possible, but not established, that you may have been connected to one of our servers using a particular ISP and that ISP may have had a problem or perhaps the available bandwidth had gotten exceeded for an extended time. These are only possibilities.

One thing we know with certainty is that if you got disconnected, and there was not the ability to connect for more than 40 seconds, then absolutely that would be an issue on your side and not the Sierra Chart side. We use a total of three different ISPs. Not all of them could be having a problem at the same time and we never lost the connection ourselves including monitoring from Europe.
