First of all, you have not lost any money. You can always view your transactions by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts from the Account Control Panel on our website. You can also access that page through this link:

When you changed your package from Package 3 to 10, your Usage Time was adjusted to account for the difference in the cost of the packages. So you are now on Package 10 with an end date of July 6, 2022.

As to the data, are you getting data from CQG, or are you wanting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed? You are not setup to get data from us yet, but you should be getting the real-time data from CQG, since it looks like you are connected to them and the version you are on should allow the connectivity.

Just be aware that we have stopped allowing data from CQG into Sierra Chart starting with version 2394. Refer to the information here:
