Make sure you are not changing the "Trade Configuration" after you select "Scale In" or "Scale Out". The Trade Configuration adjusts those items as well, so if you selected Scale In/Out and then change the configuration to one that does not have them enabled, then the options would be unchecked again. But, please just do the following: - Select M >> Orders >> Scale In, which should NOT have a checkmark next to it when you go to that menu. - Then immediately select M >> Orders and verify that there is a checkmark next to the Scale In option.
