Hello, I'm currently using CME package with AMP and CQG to get live data for GBP futures.

I just paid my monthly Package 5 fee and my Sierra chart is not updating with live prices, I get the following messages in the Message Log:

'Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. | 2022-06-13 04:23:31.245 *'
'Unable to determine transition date based on volume from files: F.US.BP6M22.dly, F.US.BP6U22.dly | 2022-06-13 04:29:08.154'
The F.US.BP6U22.dly symbol may not be the active contract month. | 2022-06-13 04:29:08.154'

I'm not sure what this means as I paid for the package like I do every month but none of my charts are working as they should be. They normally update to live prices seconds after payment goes through but it's been like 10 minutes and still nothing...

How can I solve this?
