Your account setup looks good. Make sure you are entering the symbol with the suffix -NQTV, this tells the system to get you the data for the NASDAQ TotalView data, otherwise you will only get the delayed data. For example, for IBM, you need to enter the symbol IBM-NQTV. Also, you are setup to get data for the CME Group at the nonprofessional exchange fee, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your account for the CME Group.
