Currently you are on package 10. Our servers show that your Current Selected Service is set to Teton CME Order Routing. Keep in mind that symbols are different for each service. When you were on the Trial, your Current Selected Service was most likely SC Data - All Services, in which case the symbol of MESM22_CME would have been correct. Now that you are connected to the Teton Order Routing, the symbol of MESM22_FUT_CME is correct. If you have other charts or chartbooks that need to have their symbols updated, just open the chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service and the software will update the symbols for all the charts for what is needed for the current service.
