I am trying to download Sierra Charts after activating the free trial. Whenever I install the application, it is telling me "Create Shortcut: Save error". And then when I click on the Sierra Charts shortcut, it tells me "Windows is searching for SierraChart_64.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse. However, it is still not uploading. Can you please assist with the download? |
