We are going to be putting out a new release in about 20 minutes. shouldn't you have some form of official agreement with CTS, so that they give you a heads up before doing major changes to their datafeed? They do not always think of these things. And this is something we have no control over. Users often think there is a much higher degree of cooperation between Sierra Chart and the external Data or Trading services but the level of cooperation is not nearly to the extent that users think there is or would like. We do have good communication with CTS, but when a problem comes up it still takes time to resolve. There can be unexpected issues from time to time.
