Sierra Chart officially supports CTS datafeed, that's one of the main reasons I've chosen to use SierraChart over other trading platforms. shouldn't you have some form of official agreement with CTS, so that they give you a heads up before doing major changes to their datafeed? Sierra Chart has been working flawlessly before update997 and before switching to this Fix datafeed, I've had no complaint whatsoever. however this simply has not been the case since switching to the Fix datafeed. there had been more than a few occasions when there just wasn't any datafeed. I understand that CTS caused most of the trouble. but it also seemed to me that most of them could have been avoided if you guys communicated well with each other. so what really is the problem here? am I ever going to get reliable datafeed or not?
