Are you also distributing a Chartbook to the customer? If so, then make sure that the customer selects Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service after opening the Chartbook. Chances are that the symbols you setup the chartbook with are different from what they use. But, if you are just sending a DLL, then first thing is to ensure that the customer has the charts showing properly before adding your study to the chart. If the bars are correct and showing properly before they add the study, and then they disappear after the study is added, then there is something about your study that is not working properly for them.
