I have done the monthly disconnect, connect to live account, and then reconnect to sierra but I am still only getting delayed data. I am getting a yellow message stating, "waiting to reconnect" when I hit ok for the live account. It never connects. The broker at Edge clear said to tell you that I have a live account with them. What should I do to get the live data reestablished?
