Dear Support - Having volume filter rules ignored makes it very difficult to trade using the tape... Is there a way of knowing if someone is looking into this problem? I apologize for the redundancy... since there is no "ticket #" or update system, I can't really tell if an issue is being actively pursued once the requisite information is provided to you.
