With regards to the Market Depth, we see the following in the log: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) \| Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: NQM2.CME. permission denied That message is from Rithmic. You need to ask your broker about the data you are setup to receive from Rithmic.
