This may be hard for us to have Rithmic look into this because we do not see a Service Order ID. Maybe if you give us the date and time and the time zone this occurred at and tell us what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Server is set to that will be enough. Then we will let Rithmic know.
