Hi, I know you have lots of issues with rithmic and fed up hearing about it but I'm wondering if it's something I've not done correctly. I don't use their data, using denali data, but doing an Apex funded account with rithmic orders on your platform. It was absolutely fine my first day trading. But now the order goes through on Sierra but then the limit and stop orders aren't closing the order. I've checked with Apex who said to check with Rithmic. I checked with Rithmic and they said ths issue is with Sierra, specifically they said this: Unfortunately, the problem you are reporting with Third-Party Software cannot be reproduced by Rithmic, as it is not our application. Please reach out to your software provider; if they believe the issue is on our end, kindly request that they file a support case with R \| API support via rapi@rithmic.com, and we will work with them directly. Please feel free to copy support@rithmic.com on any correspondence. Do you know why I am having this issue?
