Hello I have exactly the same problem. I'm trying to download 6S.CME historical market depth data but after clicking download historical depth from date-time nothing happens. It works just fine for 6A or 6E and other currencies but does not work for 6S! I have tried - updating symbol settings from update from server - translating symbol to current service - connecting and disconnecting but none of them solved the issue I also attached an image showing the message log.
