hi I have been using SC for years now and never had an issue with downloading too much data. I am scanning markets on a daily basis but now I am reaching that (new?) 30000 limit in the 4th week of the month. It seems excessive to have so many downloads as lots of charts that I am using are historical intraday data charts. Is there a way to monitor which specific downloads are counting towards that limit so I can limit them? I have more than 15 chartbooks open at the same time so it is difficult to understand where those downloads are coming from. Also could you consider raising the limit to 40000 downloads / month which I am sure most users who scan futures markets would be fine(r) with? Thanks for your support.
