In terms of the region, you need to change the region for where the Study Subgraph Multiply is located. Since you want it with the main chart, this would normally be region 1 (unless you have specifically changed that). Refer to the following regarding setting the region for a study:
Chart Studies: Settings and Inputs Tab >> Chart Region

In terms of a Flat Line, we would need to know what you are looking for. In particular, what bar is the line supposed to be associated with? If it is the last bar in the chart, then change the subgraph Draw Style for the Study Subgraph Multiply to Line at Last Bar to Left Side or possibly Line at Last Bar Left to Right, just depending on what you want to see. Refer to the information here:

And yes, .95 is 95%, which is the same as -5%. Keep in mind this is -5% of the price at that time.
