I am using AMP/CQG with service package 3 on version 2393. This package ends on July 1 2022. If I change to package 10 or 11 now, will it start from now or after July 1st ? what will happen to the money I paid for these remaining 44 days. ? I found the following in your documentation. I want exact information about my new last date and total amount to be paid for package 10 and 11 from the date you answer this question. "When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to."
