That message is from CQG, not us. It means that the CQG trading account you are trying to login into has been disabled. You need to ask your broker about this.

Or, if you are using a different trading service now than you were before, then you would need to update your Sierra Chart to reflect that new trading account. If this is the case, then we would need to know what trading service you are using in order to give you the proper setup instructions.
