Dear Sir or Madam,

I was not using Sierra software for some time. Now when I start Sierra Chart there is a message:
Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Your Logon is disabled.

Could You please check what happened? My 6 months payment for Sierra 10 is still valid and all data feed services are "with green color" in management panel, so why I cannot connect?
