Yes we can do remote assistance, but it is easiest for us to work through this Support Board first. We want you to close All Chartbooks with File >> Close All Chartbooks. After that do you still notice this alert being added to Alert Log? If so select File >> Disconnect. Do you then still notice this alert being added to the Alert Log?
