Thank you for your reply.

When I tried to connect after re-installation of Sierra Chart, I received a connection error message.
So I tried to enter the trial verification code in the trial activation window again and it said that the code is already in use.

So I cannot connect, but it will not accept the code either.

Could you please tell me how to proceed?
