Dear support, I have installed Sierrachart on my machine but I don't manage to get relevant live data. I don't see any abnormal thing in Message log. My IT team has opened networks flows according to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.php#InternetPortsAndIPAddressesUsedBySierraChartDataServices I attach to this case some screenshots.
