Right, I did find by clicking on global settings-trade services...on the Teton, I got a dropdown. See attached. I increased it to 250 to see if perhaps that's the main one for both applications. I hit 'delete data and reload'. And still, no data pre Nov 2021 despite my having 375 days to load on my hourly xbtusd-bmex chart. I have tried everything. Ball is in your court... |
