There is something wrong, obviously. Just by observation. It is not possible to analyze this after the fact. We have no ability to know what the problem was in your particular case. We do not have the information needed. We will never be able to have it. We can only rely upon logging, and not what users tell us and the logging does not give us information for this. And we have given you all of the information relevant to this kind of issue here:Trade Simulation: Why Fill and Order Prices Can Be Wrong or Unexpected / Orders Do Not Fill When Expected The best thing to do is to see if you can easily reproduce the problem in simulation. If not, we will not know what the problem is. And what in the world does simulated trading have to do with CQG? Orders are not being routed to CQG since they are simulated..... Trade Simulation is not relevant to CQG but we do not want you to have issues with CQG which do get reported to us.
