Hello, I have three instances installed, one for Rithmic with Apex, one for my personal Ironbeam account, and another for the Trading Evaluator. I like to view VIX alongside my execution chart, and the data is delayed only on the Trading Evaluator instance. It says Delayed at the top of the VIX chart, while my NQ charts display live data. Trading Evaluator [trading] is selected as the data/trade service for this instance. I have signed all agreements and purchased CFE data. What else do I need to do to receive live VIX data for this instance? Thank you for your guidance.
