We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing with Merged TPOs. We just tried a merge and exited from the software and started again and the merged profile remained merged. Is it possible that you are not saving the Chartbook after doing the merges? If you are saving and still having an issue then please attach a Chartbook with a chart in it that shows the problem. Please let us know what profiles you are merging together.
