Support for versions prior to 2372 when using Rithmic are going to be discontinued May 8, 2022. Rithmic users will need to update by following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update After May 14, 2022 older versions prior to 2372 will be locked out. An update will happen automatically when you start Sierra Chart when using a version prior to 2372. If you need any help with updating, then let us know. If you are updating from a version from approximately more than two years ago, you need to refer to the information here to open your Chartbooks in the newer versions: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks If you are also updating from a significantly older version, then there is a new method of connecting to Rithmic.
