We assume by "Previous Number" that you mean the number from the previous bar. To do this, you would need another pair of Spreadsheet Formula and Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar as Text studies. In the new Spreadsheet Formula, you would reference the data from the first Spreadsheet Formula for one bar back. To do this you would use a formula like the following: =ID2.SG1[-1] Where ID2 is the ID of the first Spreadsheet Formula and SG1 is the Subgraph from the second Spreadsheet Formula.
