You have everything, but one small item, correct. We know it's a pain, but unfortunately these are the rules that the CME Group has put out, along with the data from Rithmic. We just do the best we can. The only item you do not have correct is that you mention activating the "Top of Book", but then you also mention the need for Market Depth. If you need Market Depth data, then you will need to activate the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts.
