It is possible we are being deceived by the Range bars and the market trading within a tight range over an extended period of time. Make sure you have Chart >> Chart Settings >> New Bar at Session Start enabled. If it is, then set the chart to 1 minute per bar. Do you see data from midnight to 08:00. In the most recent image you posted, it looks as though the data is not there. This is the problem with range bars. It is hard to definitively tell.
