You should not have this kind of issue at all. None of this makes any sense why there would be a problem like this. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
