In your version do you see a Volume Value Format set in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 ? It should be set to .0001. You should be on the latest prerelease for this setting. We are going to put out a new version which will have some changes to the Time and Sales Volume study. You will be able to set the Value Format with that study and set up volume filtering as well.
