Hello I have the same issue and i'm pretty sure that's a sierra chart Problem. i have a TickTickTrader Rithmic paper trading account. the account work fine on r-trader pro, and it work fine on Quantower, but on sierra chart i have the permission Denied problem. i've opened 2 tickets with TickTick and Rithmic and they say to check with Sierra. i'dont know if it's a host configuration problem or something else, could please check with rithmic why there is permission Denied problem with our accounts ? TickTick account format : TTTUXXXX Passwod on Ticktick length : 32 |
