What we are saying is to do the following please:


We have programmed in a filter for out of order timestamps from the TransAct data feed. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version
.

After the update re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

The filter will fix this.

Also when you re-download the data, it does not in any way remove the existing markers. They are still there and you can verify that through Tools >> Managed Chart Drawings Window.


If there is not enough historical data in the chart and this is the reason you do not see the markers at past Date-Times, then refer to help topic 42.1:
