This only pertains to part of your post, but did you read this - https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Tools.html#DateTimeMapping? Suggest setting 'When Mapping Chart Drawings to Bars, Use Nearest Match Instead of Containing Match' to no (found in tool settings window). |
