There is not a way to do exactly what you want. You can get the first notification of a large trade that is greater than a certain amount, but since the Alerts are setup to require a False to True state, there is not a way to get any additional notifications. The only way to do this would be to create a custom study that checks the volume and then gives an alert when that volume changes. He has a lot of studies that he has produced and gives away for free. He may already have one that does what you want. If you do a search for his name you will find him.
