We see the following in your log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

This means that you have another computer running Sierra Chart with the same Account Name and connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, while you are trying to connect to it from the current computer. You need to either disconnect the other computer so you only have one connection at a time, or you need to pay the exchange fee twice in order to allow both computers to connect at the same time. Also, please update to the latest release as there have been some fixes to this particular area to ensure you are not getting that message erroneously. Refer to the following for how to update:
