with CQG, i was getting 10 levels for $3.50/month This is absolutely false! You cannot get 10 levels of market depth data for this price. These are exchange fees billed by the CME. That price, is for the entire CME Group, type of book/Level 1 data.for the same price you provide 1 level This is absolutely false: For $3.50/month, I was getting 10 levels but I only get 1 level with your data feed. I have to pay three times more to get more market depth. it is not a lot of money but i don't like the notion that you force customers to pay more for the product (data feed) after making it difficult to use CQG. well.... If this is true, we are going to report CQG to the CME for violating CME rules but we know they are not doing that. It makes no sense.
