This will be resolved in the next release. Which we will put out in about an hour.

This is just one of those things where we have to take a comprehensive look at the code, and understand what it does under different conditions, and looking for what users are wanting and coming to a proper logical solution.

Basically what we are finding though is that when the Constant Range is Manual really it should be centering to the current price. It was using an average of the last two bars which is fine, when re-centering at every update, in order to give a more stable movement. That was the purpose behind this.

There is already a constant scale range option to average to the last two bars at every update but in Manual Mode that does not really make sense being there is another option for this.

And we do apologize for this for going on so long. This did not come to our attention, right away. And when it did because this area of the code is fairly complex it can take time to go through it.
