Hi Sierra, I have upgraded to 1115 but am not able to get historical intraday data further back than 13 December 2013 (which is as far back as my charts have been going since this whole CTS issue began) My max historical intraday data is set to: 500 - non tick data 365 - 1 tick data I tried the delete all data and download option, but the charts still wont go further back than December. Any suggestions? Is there something else I should be doing? thanks.
