I upgraded to service plan 10 and activated the Nasdaq data feed, but am receiving only delayed data for equities. Here are the steps I took - can you tell me if I am missing something: Upgraded to service plan 10 via "update and renew now"; Signed the data and non-professional agreements for Nasdaq (both approved); Activated and paid for Nasdaq data; Chose Sierrachart as data provider; Ensured that "allow support for Sierra data feeds" is set to yes; Updated Global Symbol Settings from Server; Updated symbol setting for individual charts; Thanks. |
