This is what I would do:

Make another USB copy of the updated SC file that works (just in case)

Go to the link below and decide what files you want.

Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation: Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

Take 1 file at a time from your non-working SC directory and install in your new installation and make sure everything works. Then do another file: wash, rinse, repeat.

At least this way you can hopefully isolate the file that is the issue, if any, it might just be something got corrupted.
