Apparently its a SC issue not a data issue, as the problem originally started when I switched to denali from rithmic
It required phone support from SC engineers to fix
Ive never had this problem prior to switching to/from denali
My IB data has no issues, as that was never switched
I would think this should be covered by SC's support, as the evidence clearly points to a problem with settings
To that end, if there is a settings issue and the solution is documented, then SC should stand by its charting software no matter who the data feed is from.
As a long time customer this is get very frustrating
